Avbestilling av billett
Billetter er ikke refunderbare etter kjøp. Du kan selge billetten videre til en annen person. Ta i så fall kontakt med oss, og be kjøperen henvende seg til Dancefusion på kontakt@dancefusion.no slik at vi kan registrere dem for festivalen.
Ta vare på deg selv og andre
Dancefusion er ansvarlig for planlegging, undervisning og gjennomføring av workshops og festival. Du er selv ansvarlig for å delta innenfor dine egne fysiske grenser og for å ta vare på din egen helse under aktivitetene. Merk at egenansvarsklausuler etter norsk rett ikke fritar arrangøren fra ansvar ved uaktsomhet. Dancefusion er ansvarlig dersom skader skyldes mangler ved arrangementet. Vi oppfordrer alle deltakere til å ha gyldig privat ulykkesforsikring som supplement.
Alkohol og rusmidler
Alkohol og rusmidler er ikke tillatt under festivalen eller workshops. I Contact Improvisation deler vi vekt og beveger oss i komplekse, akrobatiske mønstre tett på hverandre. For at dette skal være trygt, må alle være oppmerksomme på omgivelsene og i stand til å lese og respektere andres grenser. Møt ikke opp i påvirket tilstand, og ta ikke med alkohol eller rusmidler.
Brudd på denne regelen medfører bortvisning fra arrangementet uten refusjon.
Avlysning fra arrangørens side
Dersom Dancefusion avlyser arrangementet, vil alle deltakere motta full refusjon av billettprisen. Vi forbeholder oss retten til å avlyse ved ekstraordinære omstendigheter utenfor vår kontroll (force majeure), men vil i slike tilfeller forsøke å tilby alternativt tidspunkt eller delvis refusjon.
Kommunikasjon – WhatsApp-gruppe
Etter påmelding legger vi deg til i en WhatsApp-gruppe med øvrige deltakere. Telefonnummeret ditt vil da være synlig for andre gruppemedlemmer. Ønsker du ikke å bli lagt til, gir du oss beskjed så snart som mulig etter påmelding.
Bilder og video (samtykke)
Vi tar bilder og video under festivalen som kan bli brukt i markedsføring på nett og sosiale medier. I henhold til personvernforordningen (GDPR) og norsk personopplysningslov ber vi deg aktivt krysse av for dette ved påmelding. Dersom du ikke ønsker å bli fotografert eller filmet, eller ønsker å trekke tilbake et tidligere gitt samtykke, kontakter du oss på kontakt@dancefusion.no. Merk at vi ikke alltid kan garantere at du ikke vil være synlig i bilder der andre deltakere er hovedmotivet.
Personvern
Personopplysningene du oppgir ved påmelding (navn, e-post, telefonnummer) behandles i samsvar med GDPR og brukes utelukkende til administrasjon av festivalen og kommunikasjon med deg. Vi deler ikke opplysningene dine med tredjeparter. Du kan når som helst be om innsyn, retting eller sletting ved å kontakte kontakt@dancefusion.no.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. You may, however, sell your ticket to another person. In that case, please let us know and ask the new buyer to contact Dancefusion at kontakt@dancefusion.no so we can register them for the festival.
Take Care of Yourself and Others
Dancefusion is responsible for the planning, instruction, and execution of all workshops and festival activities. You are responsible for participating within your own physical limits and for taking care of your own wellbeing during activities. Please note that under Norwegian law, liability waivers do not exempt an organiser from responsibility in cases of negligence. Dancefusion remains liable for injuries caused by deficiencies in the event or its organisation. We encourage all participants to hold their own valid personal accident insurance as a supplement.
Alcohol and Drugs
Alcohol and drugs are not permitted at the festival or workshops at any time. In Contact Improvisation, we share weight and move in complex, acrobatic patterns in close proximity to one another. To do this safely, everyone must remain aware of their surroundings and be able to clearly read and respect the personal boundaries of other dancers. Please do not arrive under the influence, and do not bring alcohol or drugs.
Breaching this rule will result in removal from the event without refund.
Cancellation by the Organiser
If Dancefusion cancels the event, all participants will receive a full refund of their ticket price. We reserve the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), but will in such cases endeavour to offer an alternative date or partial refund.
Communication – WhatsApp Group
Once registered, we will add you to a WhatsApp group with other participants. Please note that your phone number will be visible to other group members. If you do not wish to be added, please notify us as soon as possible after registration.
Photos and Video (Consent)
We take photos and video at the festival which may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. In accordance with the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act, we ask you to actively opt in to this at the time of registration. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, or wish to withdraw a previously given consent, please contact us at kontakt@dancefusion.no. Please note that we cannot always guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in images where other participants are the primary subject.
Privacy
The personal data you provide at registration (name, email address, phone number) is processed in accordance with the GDPR and used solely for festival administration and communication with you. We do not share your data with third parties. You may at any time request access, correction, or deletion by contacting kontakt@dancefusion.no.
